Hello there, friends and fans! 
It’s March 3, 2025– and here are some things that happened in the meantime!
This Is The Current State Of Things:
- General News:So, today’s the big day. I’m expecting to get some BIG news (for me, in the personal sense) during the course of today, or by this evening maybe – news I’ve been eagerly waiting for since July last year, that has been pushed to the right a number of times since – including twice in the last week! Honestly, aside from the mounting panic, I’m filled with a sort of numbness too. 😱😳😬 Worst part is, I still can’t tell you anything about it – except to say that I’m a bit stressed in anticipation. My hopes have been up and down with each postponement over the last 8 months or so. But apparently today is the day. It can’t possibly be postponed any further as time is running out on the other end. Anyway, once I can spill the beans, I will. 😏
- Current Writing Projects: I’m doing some work on the first part of “Flushed” (book 5 in Panic! Horror In Space), but I’ll keep you updated on that as time goes by. However I have to point out, with so many sinister, disturbing distractions – with a hundred WTAF moments per day – and eyestrain caused by constant eye rolling, it’s difficult for me to focus on writing cheerful, humorous stories that relatively few will probably even read within my lifetime. - Book Availability:As of December 2024, I’ve been in the market for an alternative book publishing and selling platform to Amazon and its KDP stable. This is mainly due to the current political climate – with censorship and corporate fascism creeping into every US platform lately, Amazon included, I really don’t want to be limited to that platform – only to find my books being either censored or altered by Amazon, or simply removed for “undesirable content” relating to LGBTQ+ characters, or anti-Nazi content. That’s right – we’re actually in a place where Nazis run the most well-armed country on the entire planet that also happens to run most global industries – and in particular, the publishing industry. Basically in the past few months I’ve been re-examining numerous POD platforms NOT based in the USA – and believe me, that list is surprisingly short. Anyway, I’ve narrowed it down to one or two likely candidates, and this past weekend I uploaded one book to a candidate called Bookmundo, which is based out of the Netherlands. So far it meets all my requirements! In the next few weeks, I’ll be uploading more of my books in ebook format. I don’t really see the point in uploading paperback versions for the time being, but who knows, I might in future. In any event, I encourage you to also visit my eBook store on Payhip.com where I have made most of my books available in ebook format.
